Maxton Rally- Can a wanabee visit?
Hi ,
Would it be OK if a wanabee comes to visit you folks at the Maxton Rally? I'm sure I could learn more about BB's in a few hours with you all than I would in a year of lurking. I don't have an RV yet so I will stay at a local motel. I'm driving from Wilmington NC. Regards, Tom Wunder late 70's early 80's BB wanabee |

Tom,
Please come on over to Maxton, it is not that far from Wilmington, there is usually one or two people that attend who are not 'Bird owners, just bring some ben-gay for your sides, as we tend to laugh a lot and you can ask all of the questions that you want to and see a variety of 'Birds too. Be sure to call Barbara Vaughn to let her know that you are coming and she will fill you in on the food situation. Keep in mind that it may be alittle difficult to obtain a motel room locally, as the racers ten d top fill them up quick, but just call some of the motels in the Laurinburg-Maxton area to see what they have available and Lumberton is not that far away either.
