MGM Air Chambers
Leroy,
I checked the numbers you were looking for on the MGM air chamber at the shop. The chamber says MGM Type 30 on the band strap. Elsewhere is says MGM 2530-C2 on the body. There is also a small metal tab that had the following information on it: 4031191 C011090 1366533 As I recall, the stuff on the metal tab tells the exact model type, what plant it was built in and the date of manufacture. By the way, there are actually two air inlet or exhaust tubes on it. They are on top and bottom on the same end. The little 90 degree rubber hoses point in opposite directions and were pretty brittle. Hope that helps you out. Mike Bulriss 1991 WB40 "Texas Minivan" San Antonio, TX |
