I verified today with his wife that Jim Scoggins passed away yesterday.
Jim was a retired Marine Aviator, active as a former Bluebird and
current Prevost Liberty owner. The services will be this Thursday or
Friday at Mullins Funeral Home, Stafford, VA 22556.
