Trudy and Lisa here. thanks for your kind words. To clarify, the radiator hose
job involved 3
days of labor replacing every hose in the cooling system. After 20+ years, they
were starting
to crumble. Plus some extra stuff that the guy found as he was working.

As to the rest of the article, even NY Times reporters don't always get their
numbers/facts
straight. We will be happy to clarify anything or answer any questions.
