Bird spotted in western WA

Tuesday morning, on my way from Seattle towards Grand Coulee, I suddenly heard all kinds of honking while I was travelling east on I-90. Before I could look over, my son yelled "Bluebird on the other side!". I looked quickly and saw what appeared to be a tanish/brown FC towing some sort of little SUV. Anybody from here? I was in my blue/silver PT.
