width of coachs
I know this seems a silly question but, if you don't know, ask someone
who does. Are the width of a 1983 fc-35 and a 40 foot diesel pusher the same? I have only been in one 40 footer but it did seem larger (wider) that mine. also are all BB diesel pusher called PT? thanks for all your help re brake 1983 fc-35 sb |

PT stands for Pusher, Tag-axle. All Wanderlodges with tag axles are
PTs, although the advent of the WLWB: WanderLodge Wide Body in '88 dropped the official use of the PT name. The other BlueBird pushers would be the SP: Single-axle Pusher, and the Spartan-Chassis based BMC: BlueBird Motor Coach which was built in a 370 non-tag-axle pusher and a 40' tag-axle pusher. As far as width, all Wanderlodges titled as '87 and older were 96" wide, in '88 the widebody 102" PT (WLWB) became available and was standard for '89. It might help to go to the http://www.vintagebirds.com site and look through their History section, much of this information is in their photos and specs there. - Jeff Miller in Holland, MI --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "putneyflash" > > > I know this seems a silly question but, if you don't know, ask someone > who does.
