Pricing opinions, please

Greetings.

We are kicking around purchasing a used Wanderlodge and ran across a 1982
40' pusher. The condition is somewhat indeterminate right now since we weren't
able to start it and run it but the interior is used and original (which is
to say that the Significant Other hates the worn 80's Naugahide and Formica
look).

Assuming that it runs and drives decently, and that major systems (6V92,
generator, and transmission) are working decently, does anyone want to hazard a
guess as to the value of this vehicle?

And any commentary about what to look out for would be appreciated.
