I just wanted to express my appreciation for the help everyone has
provided on this group to a newbie like me.

I have placed an ad in the Oregonian (website and paper) that will be
coming out tomorrow (3-31-06) to sell our coach. I have gotten most
everything in good working order on the coach and have decided to put it
up for sale. The primary reason is that the kids just don't like the
open bath and the pinkish tint to the interior. The second reason is it
is tough to have the coach sit in our driveway and not be used. We
want to use it this spring and summer until it does sell and so I am not
being very aggressive in selling it.

This is an awesome group and I may try to find a WL with a private bath
and different interior in order to stay with WL.

I plan to wash it and and take pictures this weekend. The price right
now is $129,000. It has 147,000 miles and is in excellent working order.

Here is the list of the major items that have been been done over the
years. I did everything listed as 2006. I do have all manuals,
receipts, blue box, drawings, etc.

2006 - Replaced/repaired all exterior lights (clearance, turn
indicators, docking, etc)
2006 - New tires (less than 100 miles on them)
2006 - Smartire system
2006 - Repair all oil leaks (blower gaskets, transmission seal, head
gaskets, etc)
2006 - Replace air compressor
2006 - Rebuild and rewire Freedom 25 inverter
2006 - Replace backup camera
2006 - Full service of all fluids
2006 - Repair Primus system
2006 - Installed 2nd couch (which I may remove and use in another coach)

2004 - Replace refrigerator cooling unit
2003 - Install hardwood floors
2002 - Replace generator with new Powertech 15 kw
2001 - Inframe engine replacement (pistons, valves, etc) 98,100 miles
2001 - Interior remodel
2000 - Replace AC unit
1998 - Replace refrigerator with Norcold model 1200
1996 - Exterior complete exterior repaint
1996 - Replace holding tanks
1995 - Replace Tag axle
1995 - Replace microwave
1995 - Replace front axle

For things that still remain:

One of the dash dimmer switches is broken and I need to get it replaced.
Part of the main BB luminescent dash is out (I don't know the exact fix
for this yet, but it doesn't affect the mechanical operation of the
coach right now). I was intending to remove and reinstall all of the
roof walkway screws (see other posts on the forum) some time this
spring. There are no leaks in the coach, but it is just getting time to
have the screws replaced.
