Koler Generator voltage meters go Banannas when started until AC loads on.

mispelled generator, water cooled....When I turn it on, the two 115
volt meters on the wall oscillate from 20 to max UNTIL I turn on Both
Aircons and then they settle down to 110 .

Any ideas??

We are camped at John Benhams house recovering from the great
wedding...Had Lonestar breakfast with a bunch of Texans and then took
a 4 bird convoy to seguin texas etc..4 birds were 91SP 88PT40 87FC
and my 80FC31.....quite a group..statistically when will that happen
again...4 birds the BB made in a convoy!!
Later...help me with the generator...water cooled 7.5 Koehler..

Hank:

Check your ground strap going to the gen tray. Remember those meters on the
wall are very sensitive and really are only estimates at best.
