Rally Across The Street (RATS)

Since the official information about the upcoming Rally In The Valley
has been posted

I'm sure that there are some people that had planned and made
reservations on attending the Rally Across The Street (RATS) but now
have changed their minds about attending RATS.

If you have already made a reservation to attend RATS, but have
changed your mind, please contact TWIN OAKS RV PARK & CAMPGROUND in
Elko, GA at 1-478-987-9361 and cancel your reservation. Twin Oaks is
where this years Rally Across The Street (RATS) will be held and they
have informed me that the only cancellations of reservations for RATS
that they have received so far have already been filled with people
that had been on the waiting list, but there are still more people on
that list waiting for a camp site for RATS.

We also need a head count of exactly how many people total that will
be attending (Twin Oaks only has a 'Bird count) to give the gals that
are in charge of the food an idea of what they need to prepare for,
so if you haven't already added that information to the RATS sign up
sheet, I can add it for you, just send me a private email at
iamflagman(at)aol(dot)com with the following information;

1. Name
2. How many attending
3. Hometown and State
4. Year and Model of 'Bird or SOB
5. Email Address
6. Cel Phone Number
7. Home phone number
8. Day that you are arriving
9. RV Park where you are staying

On another note, we have moved the Maxton Blue Bird Mini-Rally to
October and it will be held the weekend before this years RATS, to
make it easier for people to make two rallies close together and just
a little over 300 mile apart, in other words more bang for you fuel
$$$$.

Just a reminder that we still need more names on the RATS sign up
sheet, there currently are less than half of those that have
reservations. The RATS sign up sheet is not a reservation sheet, but
a list of those attending, so that we can make our plans for the food
and the other activities, but I understand that there have been some
people that want to sign up and had some problems, so to make it
simpler for you, this is the information that we need and you can
send it to me in a private email to iamflagman@... and I will
enter the information for you;
