Twin Beds Conversion
Hi all,
I am curious to know what is entailed to change a twin bed Bluebird, say an FC or other type to a full size double or queen size bed, if at all possible??? The reason being is that I am the research mode to buy my first Bluebird and I do not like the twin beds... I like to sleep close to my mate... Thanks in advance for your thoughts... Hi Larry,
It is possible, and has been done. Somewhere in the archives you may find some posts on it. You will be moving some controls for the water system, a furnace, a chassis heater, and need some furnishings. What I've noticed with my twins is that getting in and out throughout the night is much more convenient. With the double, someone is locked in back there. Maybe I need to lose the kids and sleep better!
