Ignition trigger circuit for wipers, etc..

Hello All,

On very damp days, my relay in the overhead compartment which
provides power to backup camera, wipers and aux. pump circuits does
not trip when the key is turned to "On". It works fine when I jump a
hot wire to the trigger stud on the relay solenoid, so I know that the
soleniod is good. Does anyone know where the trigger voltage comes
from? Is the ignition switch?
