Wanderlodge Owners Map
I just discovered a new mapping resource for the Wanderlodge community
that allows you to identify where you are located so that other owners could possibly contact you when traveling in your area. Go to http://www.frappr.com/wanderlodge if you would like to participate. Mike Bulriss 83 PT40 "Stagecoach" - For Sale 91 PT40 "Texas Minivan" San Antonio, TX |

Liz,
A 'shoutout' is basically any random greeting that you want to send...... You hear it on radio and TV when they are interviewing people and the subject says something intelligent like "I want to give a shoutout to all my drinking bud's back at Casper's Smokehouse - Yo! youse guys!" or something incredibly lucid like that.... 8^) Slow day here. Can you tell? The Wanderlodge Owners Map is growing rapidly. It's interesting to see where everyone is located. Go to http://www.frappr.com/wanderlodge if you haven't posted yet. Jim,
You can change your Shoutout greeting as often as you want on the Wanderlodge Owners map. Using the same computer that you originally signed up on, when you go to the http://www.frappr.com/wanderlodge map, scroll down and you will see the "Add Yourself" box already has your sign-up information in it (assuming that you have cookies turned on in your browser so that the site can identify you). All you need to do is type in a new "Shoutout" and hit "Add Me" again. It will not change your photo that you originally entered on the map, unless you want to, and which case you can upload a new photo also. Mike, I tried that but it didn't replace my "Shout out" it added to it. I don't
see any way to erase it and re-enter it. Bruce -
As best I can tell right now, it appears that the embedded link to another site adversely affected the editing algorithm in the comments box. Straight text updates work fine, as I have done and as others have done. I'll contact you offline to do some other research. In the meantime, there are some great pictures out there now. In case anyone has not tried it yet, you can click on the photos at the bottom of the map and see them full size. Steve Harrie, Bill Goss and Rick Brink have some great landscape backgrounds in their pictures when blown up to full size! If you have not visited yet, I am hoping the Wanderlodge owners map (http://www.frappr.com/wanderlodge) becomes a valuable resource for all Wanderlodge travelers.
