Primus Parts
Just ordered 2 circ pumps from Vechicle Systems.
Spoke with David Haynes a customer rep. Asked him if would recommend converson to webasto burner instead. He said no as long as primus burners are working its a good systmem. Mike with Bluebird said its one of the best systems they used only problem was availability of parts. Vehicle Systems website is vehiclesys.com Davids number is 1800-685-4298 his ext is 127. The part number was PLX-CM3-P71. Price was 192.50 each Hope this helps. I am going to have Foothill RV in Taylorsville NC put mine in. He says he is familiar and carries parts for primus. john redden 91PT40 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

to check the pumps you can change the power supply wire from the outside
post to the center post on the relay and get constant 12V power to the pumps. Then take a light and look in the resiviour tanks and see if you get the stream of water flowing into the tanks. If its there and strong then your pumps are ok. If not replacement would be a considered option. Bennie with BB told me about switching the wires to test the pumps. Call him if you have questions. David with Vehicle Systems agreed that the weak part of all hydronic systems is the circ pumps john redden 91PT40 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
