If Blue Bird managment were wise they would use this group and its
members to their advantage, this group is an asset to all coach owners both existing, past and future. If Blue Bird were to ask this group to organize a gathering of "vintage" Wanderlodges for the rally and set aside an area for each era of Wanderlodges (1960's, 1970's, 1080's...) they could have a nice representation of the companys history with coach building and the changes thru the years. Blue Bird should use this rally to emphasize all the good points to owning a Wanderlodge, the enduring quality that is engineered into the design, the continued support and the friendships made. Most members of this group are happy to talk to people and share their experiences and opinions, and what better sales staff can a factory ask for than experience! When making a large investment I spend a fair amount of time (2+ years for an RV) researching by talking to existing owners. Because experience is invaluable and because owners generally have nothing to lose or gain. This group is where I first learned the Wanderlodge existed, how it was made, the quality and ultimatly the reason I purchased. Troy Tikalsky |
