My 'Bird Has A Name Now & 3 Stage Alt Regulators

I've read a good bit here about updating the charger/converters on
older 'Birds, but never anthing about 'Smart' charging with the
alternator.

It's easy to do.

You can add an external 3 step regulator to your exsisting Alt and
you will never have to be concerned about over charging your
batteries on a long drive.

Of course, if you need to replace your Alt, you can buy a new one
with 'Smart' regulation internally built into the Alt.

Just thought I throw this out, sorry if it's 'old news.'

Anyway, I have named my bus -- "Old School" --

All I need to do now is find a painter to add it to the Bug Crusher
Panel!
