Hitting the Trail
Just thought I would throw it out there and see if anyone will be in
the neighborhood. I will be in Nampa, Idaho the week of June 22-27 for a Franklin tour. If you ask what a Franklin is, it is an air cooled car that was made in New York from 1902 till 1934. I own a 1930 sedan. Sorry to say, I will not have my car on this tour. I had a piston stick on a rebuilt engine, so back to the drawing board. If you are in the area, stop by for a drink and take a look at the cars. There should be about thirty cars. By chance, does anyone know of a place to camp around Salt Lake? We will be in town for one night then off to Zion Natinal Park for a few days. If anyone has been there and knows of a camping spot that will accommodate a 35' PT, we would appreciate hearing from you. Derek Haberman 83 PT35 Yorba Linda, ca |
