Leroy, I guess the sender at the puke tank is more of a on off
switch. you can remove the two wires and test for continuity at ideal condition?? One other area of issue is the overbuilt cooling system integrity. the hoses are all top of the line major buck multiply material and even the puketank is high quality stainless steel. If the radiator cap is the only place to relieve over heat coolant pressure the line to the tank and the cap have to do their job when called for. If the cap wont open and the line is not of a larg enough id (CurtS coolant filter??) the next week link could be a minor compramised liner seal. Even the high fail hose to the aircompressor ages to handel more pressure untill it cracks from an external flex. then there is the dynamic that while overheating you are puking into the p tank and sending a signal to the coolant level modual that all is well with coolant level.
