1990 8v92 Transmission oil temp gauge / sender

My coach has never given an accurate reading on trans temp. AFter some
investigating it appears that first the orig gauge was replaced then the sender
was replaced. Currently it seems to work but after a short drive Ie; less than
5 mi the temp is pegged.

I assume that the gauge and sender are not matched.

Does anyone have an idea how or where to get a matched sender and gauge?
