rear amp gauge

does anyone have a rear amp gauge in their rear closet by the engine
heater, water heater, battery heater switches? I wonder what this is
connected to? This gauge is on the early 80's pt's. ernie-83pt40 in
montana

Ernie,
My 84 PT 40 hasno such gauge. if yours has it aske ron about it. In
any sense it is a great idea so when plugged into 30 amp or less if
you want to heat engine you can jockey the load right there.

Pen , Jeff Miller emailed me about that gauge, privately. He said it was to
monitor the battery chargers output. Don't know why he didn't just post it

Ernie, our '83PT35 has such a gauge. It reads -100 0 +100. But what
does that mean? When we first bought our coach a tech at HMH in MI
told us it monitored the draw from the batteries (I think that's what
he said). Didn't make sense to us at the time, rookies that we were.
