how to use the user location map
hello all,
to put your location on the user location map is quite simple. 1. click on the User Locations just below the wanderlodge gurus picture header at the top. 2. select New Thread 3. on the small map on the left, just below it is a place to type in your complete address, or city and state and then click on "geo location" that will get your coordinates ready to put on the map. 4. then on the right at the top under Thread Subject, you can type in what you want as the lead title in your pin on the map if you want anything 5. then on the description box below it you can type your address, or city and state along with your name or anything you want then if you want to put a longer commentary, you can put that under the message for the post. then once done, go to the bottom of the page and select "post thread" walla, you are on the map. you can always go back in and edit your post to change it if when you see it you dont like what you typed. happy pinning tom 2002 Two Slide Newell Coach 608 DD Series 60, Allison 6 speed |

RE: how to use the user location map
Just a reminder of how easy it is to pin the map with your location. there is a tutorial in this thread up above..look waaay up! It is easier than throwing spaghetti against the wall and it sticks better too!
It is kind of fun to see where everyone is in a very continental way that we have here. Take a minute and have some fun! Gary 82 PT 35 6V92 BC (Sold) |

Bump! We have quite a few members. It would be so cool to see where everyone is. The tutorial is at the beginning of this thread.
Take a second and let us know where you are! Gary 82 PT 35 6V92 BC (Sold) |

How 'bout this. I pledge an automatic +2 rep increment to everyone who places a pin on our User Locations map.

Well, that was easy. I think it would be okay if I got extra points for being the first Bird in Michigan. Full hook ups at exit 30 on I-196

RE: how to use the user location map
My offer of a +2 rep for new User Locations sign ups still stands! I know it's not quite dinner for two. I'll work on that as soon as I get this Transporter addon installed!
