Microphor toilet
Folks,

There's an air valve under the sink in my
bathroom that seems to be leaking. The
valve is part of the control for the microphor
toilet. The valve has an input and an output
a pinhole and an adjustment thumb wheel.
Air seems to constantly leak from the pinhole.
When I ,the air leak for the pinhole
stops, after flushing is complete leaking
resumes. The valve seems to be some
sort of pressure regulator/bleed off valve.
Any idea what it does, how it should work,
and where I might find a replacement (if
indeed a steady bleeding of air is abnormal)?

TIA,
David Brady

David,

Contact Microphor at <http://www.microphor.com> IIRC the guy you want to
talk to is Lee. They give excellent support. Good excuse for a trip
to the west coast to visit the factory. You should have a manual
which describes all the parts, etc. If not, you can get it from
Microphor.

There is an air regulator that fits between the 12v toilet
air compressor and the toilet flush handle. The part is made
by Clippard and is blue-bird part number: 3824745.
This part was leaking causing my air compressor to be
on approx. 15% of the time. I installed a new regulator
and all is well again.
