I've had Trojans in for 5 years & still going. I like them. I've used 105'S
& 135"S I think I get my money's worth out of them. Don 89 SP 36' Butler, PA In a message dated 5/22/2006 10:15:50 P.M. I'm needing to replace the 4-6volt Interstate batteries in my 82FC35. Would
identical (size wise) golf cart batteries be suitable or would I be better off replacing them with the Interstate? There is about $30 per battery difference. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks! Alex Smith Tallahassee, FL 82FC35 __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo! I did this recently, and after considering all avalible options,
decided to go with Trojan T-125's. I can not remember the numbers, but these batteries offered the greatest capacity and heavier plates than others of the same physical size. I paid eighty nine dollars a piece for them. Wait a minuite, just remembered, four of these batteries will give you a total of 480 Amp Hours @12 Volts. Now, after using them, and monitoring their performance with a Zantrex XBM (A very percise and versital instrument) I could not be happier. Good luck, you can check them out on the Trojan web site. Alex,
When it comes to batteries, the price doesn't mean much when the bus won't start. ;o) Trojan is the standard for golf cart batteries, nearly everyone involved in that business will agree with this statement. I did a lot of research before going this way and my repair shop is an Interstate Battery Dealer... I recently installed Trojan T-145s in mine and have very carefully monitored performance with a digital volt meter. They really are great and work better than anything I've tried so far. http://www.trojan-battery.com/Products/P...Name=T-145 This shows the dimensions. They're about a half inch or so taller than standard golf cart batteries, but they fit right in and have a lot more reserve power.
