Fwd: Re: 86 35 ft BB Question
That just sucks! $2900 for a look! What did you
tell the man during the phone call, you were
sending a deposit to hold for your inspection,
or, your purchase, and, under what condition would
you want a refund of deposit?, or pay the balance?

Anything in writing, how about the receipt, money
order?, What notation is there?

Fwd: Re: 86 35 ft BB Question
Immediately file a complaint with Ebay against Sirpilla RV for
fraudulently withdrawing their coach from Ebay in an attempt to sell
it directly to you and escape the Ebay fees. This will stop them from
advertising it on there again. The reserve was only $13,000 on the
coach and you could have bought it on ebay for that amount. I
honestly believe you will get some help from Ebay on this. Then as I
advised you before contact the attorney general of their state and
file a complaint, also with the Better business bureau. Also advise
Sirpilla RV that you will be posting an advisory on the internet
sites to avoid them because of this problem. I think you will get
your money back.
