rats rally

i talked to robert at fair harbor rv park today about the rats rally
in perry ga. hes ready to take reservations,call him at 478 988 8844.
they have a building for meals,flea market,catered meals or just to
hang out in. we need help with pot luck dinners,flea market etc..we
may be able to get a dealer to host a wet bar one night. anybody want
to help organize any of this stuff? i don't monitor this site,so you
can reach me at randy@...

fairgrounds
LAst year we had our own section and it was a blast

Leroy, and others that are interested. Just a word on the history and
the RATS rally. The RallyAcrossTheStreet, started 3 yrs ago with
Ernie and some others that wanted to stick around after the Rally In
the Vally. A great time was had by all. The event continues and is
in a campground across from the fairgrounds where RIV is held. Last
year there were 30+ coaches, good times, technical seminars, and lots
of new faces. We hope to replicate it again.

Right now we are planning a mini rally in Maxton NC next weekend for
the land speed trials and somewhat focused there. We will be posting,
and setting up sign ups on the forums. It really is a great time to
meet other Blue Bird folks.

A name change is in the wind for the event but given the things that
are already done, signs, campground is looking for us etc we thought
it should wait till next year to change.

None the less looking forward to seeing you there.

I have a friend ( owns a Sanford and Son MH, Not BB) who lives in Dawsonville,
GA who would like to attend the RATS rally. One day he wants to own a BB. Is
it acceptable for him to attend. He's a hoot, got a screw loose. Ex-funny car
drag racer and off shore boat racer.
