Flourescent light sources.
Hello, I have 2 non-functional light flourescent light in the bedroom
of our 81 FC35. I have changed the bulbs, still no worky. Are ballasts
available for these of do I just replace the units as a whole? Either
way, whats the best source for these parts. Also replacing the
incoming water liine regulator, who's good to get this from? Thanks as
always, Doug Engel, Gunnison, CO 1981 FC35SB

Hi Doug,

Contact Stephen Birtles at Cape Innovation.
http://www.capeinnovation.com/ He has all the needed parts or complete
units for your lights. Anything you may need. Stay warm down there.
Our winter is coming this weekend. Supposed to be -10 to -15. The
water pressure regulator can be sourced from https://www.rvpartsoutlet.com

Good luck

Thanks Bill. I checked and they are getting current, so it must be the ballasts.
Wish all the fixes were this easy. Has it stopped snowing yet? Doug

Nope, supposed to get another dump this weekend, colder so the snow will be a
little more bearable than all that wet slushy heavy stuff.
By the way, that Honeywell motor/generator is exactly that. Runs off 12 volts
and produces 1600 watts of AC, although very inefficiently. I have the
diagrams, but I do not know much else about it. Others will certainly pipe up
and give you info.
