galley monitor panel
Hi all,
I recently had my galley monitor panel inspected and serviced by pmmi and after installation it will not power up. I am assuming it is a blown fuse, but do not have a fuse map/diagram to know which one to change out. How would I go about finding a diagram for my bird? Thanks. I show it in the LH front electrical component panel, wire should be
orange marked #15, a fuse, top of row, SK19, it is a 2A fuse. First check to be sure you have the electronic master switch turned on. - Jeff Miller http://www.wanderlodge.net --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "steinbachermichael" <mgstein@h...> wrote: > > Hi all, > I recently had my galley monitor panel inspected and serviced by pmmi > and after installation it will not power up. Hello Mike
BB might have a wiring schematic for your bird, but its hard to figure out. Anyhow, Go to your LEFT OVERHEAD E-Panel, its behind the rear wall in the the left front overhead cabinet. Take that wall out, its 4 phillips screws kind of hidden in the cloth cover of the plywood, and you will see the E-Panel. You will see 3 circuit blocks. Look on the left circuit block, which is Block A, and find C/B # 17, second column second C/B from bottom and that should be the System Monitor Panel C/B. Pull the fuse and check it. (If some one else before you had the coach totally re-wired, then 3+/-6 years of research will get you your answer. Check with Randy first though.) If you can find this C/B as I described, then maybe I can help you by sending you a list of C/B's and their panel location. Jeff, I show your C/B as the dashclock on block A C/B

I took the information from an '89 SP circuit diagram Juergen, shows
fuse as 19, wire as 15. I don't know if the wiring was changed in '91 with the other changes or ?? I did think about pulling your CD and checking to see what the '91 wiring is, glad you checked also. Sounds like we're in the same cabinet anyway? Does yours show a 2A fuse? I'm still hoping his electronic master switch is off. - Jeff Miller http://www.wanderlodge.net --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, john duke > Jeff, I show your C/B as the dashclock on block A C/B > #15 > Juergen in PA > 1991 WLSP36 > --- Jeff Miller > > > > I show it in the LH front electrical component > > panel, wire should be > > orange marked #15, a fuse, top of row, SK19, it is a > > 2A fuse. > > > > First check to be sure you have the electronic > > master switch turned on. > > > > - Jeff Miller > > http://www.wanderlodge.net > > > > > > --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, > > "steinbachermichael" > > <mgstein@h...> wrote: > > > > > > Hi all, > > > I recently had my galley monitor panel inspected > > and serviced by pmmi > > > and after installation it will not power up. Hi Jeff
As far as wiring is concerned, and knowing who designed it plus all the ?? inbetween owners who modified something, anything is possible. So far I found that all my fuses /circuit numbers matched my wiring that i finally deciphered a little more. But still must check each item, problem as it comes up. YES, I believe that 89 SP's have very likely different wiring set-ups, but as you said, at least we are in the same closet. Hi John and Jeff,
Sorry it took me awhile to get back with you. Thank you for your responses regarding the fuse location. Actually you were both incorrect in the location, sorry. I received an email from Bennie, back at Wanderlodge, and informed me that the fuse was in LH overhead cabinet above the dinette (I finally found it). It was breaker number #19, a 2 amp fuse. By the way, in the LH overhead front, over driver's side, their isn't a fuse panel their at all. Thanks again, and thanks to this forum.
