MINI RALLY AT MAXTON THIS WEEKEND

This is just a reminder for those of you that didn't catch my earlier
post about the mini rally at Maxton, NC this weekend.

This morning we are leaving from points in South Carolina and Florida
to attend the Land Speed record Races on the Monster Mile at Maxton,
NC. Randy Dupree will be debuting his newly modified and painted Fiat
Streamliner and so far there are five of us 'Birders that will be
there for support.

The spectator entry fee is only $5.00 and that includes free dry
camping in the pit area at the track. There is plenty of room for any
that would like to attend and it is a very relaxed atmosphere during
the race.

If you are interested you can reach me on my cellular phone 803-315-
2368 and I will give you directions to the track. The actual racing
is held on Saturday and Sunday, we just get there early to have fun
and do some car preparations.
