Keith I don't know if yours is like the 79 FC 33' SB that I had and it
was dark too. I put an under cabinet light over the fridge on that panel
that is removable. It worked find. I got the power from behind the fridge. I
don't still own the coach or I would take a pix of it.

Not that I don't have enough stuff to keep me busy. But has anyone,
besides me, noticed that dark area (unlighted)in front of the fridge on
the 84FC35SB? And has anyone installed a light there to eliminate
it?

Stephen, thanks for your help and I'll be in touch.

Keith,
I went to Houston and picked up several lamps from a forum member salvaging
out an 84 for that very reason. My 79 is dark in front of the frig and the
sink. I have installed original lamps in both ceiling areas, what a change. I
have also noticed looking at other birds that later coaches have them in front
of the sink in the ceiling.

Stephen The fridge in my 79 FC wasn't going out & no I didn't test it
out by getting inside. It was something wrong in the door switch.

Keith I installed this halogen lights a few years ago and they work
great! Very reasonable to buy and easy to install. The only draw back
in that they are 110 volts and so you either haft to have your
generator on or pluged into shore power.
