Air Level Master - Dim Suspension Dump Light

[Curt Sprenger]

What is the "Air Level Master" as labeled on the dash? Mine has a flat
plastic plate, not a switch. It does have the LED, but it never lights up.

I aired up the suspension system this morning. Everything aired up as it
should. I've used my leak detector tools and have not found a leak one.
I'll let it stand for a couple hours to see if it settles any. When I
turn the ignition key to on I get a very dim suspension dump light. Any
thoughts on why the dim light?

does. I did have a ghost monitor light on the marker light switch and found a
dirty ground. Could it possibly be the main ground in the lower load center.
The main ground bus bar connection?

Leroy,
Bluebird offered an Air Leveling system instead of the jack system. I
believe my dash has the place holder for the air leveling switch, if it
had the system. I have the jack leveling system.

Could be the main ground, good thought. If I understand the Lower Load
Center, it's in the generator fan/control bay, up top in that bay. Right?

I have an "air compressor master" switch on my dash that's similarly
a 'blank' instead of a switch. Indeed, I do not have a _supplemental_
air compressor that is an option (at least on my year bird). Instead,
a previous owner installed a Microphor compressor that provides air
for the toilet. One annoyance is that they didn't hook up the dump
valves to the Microphor compressor -- an oversight that I plan to
remedy when I have the time...

Huh> Didn't know about the early air leveler. It's always good to learn
something new.
My lower load center is behind the large removable plate attached with Camloc
fasteners in the nose of the coach. At least that is how it is described on my
prints. It is where I have a major ground bus bar and three(I think) power bus
bars. Constant, Ignition and Filtered power. It is where numerous relays reside.

That blank position, complete with blue light, on our dashes is for an option
that I don't have and neither do you apparently. I would suppose that BB was
anticipating offering air leveling but either didn't or didn't want to list it
is Section XI for what ever reason.

Makes sense to me.
