Ernie,
Is that the store down on 6th street? I am 6 years into some T105s I got from him. If you primarily spend your time in RV parks you probably won't see much difference in the various batteries out there. If you dry camp in hot and cold weather and strain your batteries that is where the difference will show up. I bought batteries for the railroad for 20+ years. I have been to many battery plants and there are differences. They are built to the specs of the customer ordering them even if they come out of the same plant. Batteries are like a lot of things. You can get as many opinions as the number of folks you talk to. - Chuck Wheeler - 82 FC 31 SB Fort Worth, TX _____ From: WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com [mailto:WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com] On Behalf Of erniecarpet@... Hi Chuck- that is the place I bought my T-105s from. Nice guy that runs it.
He buys them by the pallet- and usually goes thru them fast. Ernie Ekberg 83PT40 Livingston, Mt ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

Hi All I have Trojan T605 in my coach 11 of them counting the gen. battery. They have been in the coach now for over 6 years and are still in very good shape.I do a lot of asphalt camping while traveling.IT is not so much the brand of gulf cart battery you have it how you maintain them and how you monitor them so as not to deplete them so low that it shorten there live and the same holds true about over charging them.Remember there is less then 1 volt from a fully charge battery to fully discharge battery.
