About to make an offer

I think I am close to making an offer on a FC. I know this is a lot to
ask but I would appreciate it if a couple of you would e-mail me off
the list and let me run my idea's past you to see if you think I am
being at least reasonable in my thinking. No crying in the beer or
recriminations or complaints if it doesn't go my way. I don't need hand
holding or shoulders to cry on just a person or two who has some
concept of the market and a idea of what is fair for both parties. I
don't wnat to insult the owner with a "feeler" offer, but obviously I
want to do the best I can for myself as well. And if this is too
sensitive a subject I understand. Might just get off the fence after
all. JEH (hopefully soon to be owner)

considerations last evening. I made the best offer I could and now we
will see. JEH

I must have rolled a real gutter ball. Haven't heard a thing. On the
other hand the fellow may be on the road with his new one. This
