Bill, From the picture, it looks like the prototype may have a C13 Cat (525 horse) The alternators appear like 160 amp at 24V similar to 2006. Ross, is correct 200 amp 24 volts and the engineer told me the other
is 400 amp. Photo of a newly introduced Cummins engine in the FMCA magazine was painted red. The yellow paint on the engine in the new bird looks like "Cat yellow"... but, of course, the engine could be painted any color either by request of CCW or in the Coachworks shop.Â
I note that the DD Series 60 in my coach is light green.
