Magic Chef oven/range BTR-74JS-STV in my 77FC35 need parts source
The oven control valve on the Magic Chef BTR-74JS-STV in my 77FC35 leaks propane,
so I am looking for parts from any source. Anyone have any leads, including perhaps scrapped
ranges from close years?

Try one of these web sites:

http://www.PartSellect.com

http://www.EasyApplianceParts.com

One of them should have your part.
Good Luck

Both of these seem to come up with no matches at all, unless I'm just doing something wrong...

Yup, you're doing something wrong, as they both popped up for me just
now. The first site is a list of links to other parts sites. the
second link is a direct ship parts house.

Copy and paste them into your browser line. Or click the links that
were automatically included in your response message.

Maybe I should have stated that a little bit more clearly. Both web sites come up, but none of them, either directly or indirectly, seem able to find anything at all related to the Magic Chef BTR-74JS-STV ...

Dorn,

Did you try using the search tool link to Magic Chef at
http://www.easyapplianceparts.com/Part-H...ove%2\
0/%20Oven

It looks pretty slick. After clicking the Magic Chef link, I searched
under "Stove and Oven Parts, Gas & Electric" And it returned 284 parts
that you can scan through. It had all sorts of gas regulators,
igniters, etc. I agree that the search function on the part # did not
work.

I'm going to use this site when I get home for some parts I need at
the house.

Happy hunting.
