appraisal of motorhome
You gotta love them lawyers!
TWO words come to mind after reading your M380 purchase; criminal and standing. Seems odometer tampering may be a crime in State where sold and you probably do not have "standing" to go after the dealer. Gotta love giving money to those lawyers though!! Have fun. Recommend you just enjoy your m380 and next time you purchase, ask a few more questions to the seller..check out the title before you buy if possible...I think they have computer gizmo's for that purpose.. Keep feeding those lawyers if you are so inclined! appraisal of motorhome
I cant see a dealer doing it anyway. Being that Dealers are held to
a higher standard, there is not enough benefit to justify a dealer taking such a risk. I would bet that the private seller was the one who misrepresented by not revieling that the odom/speedo was not working or changed at or prior to the Hubert purchase. Probably facts that the dealer made very plain and documented when it was sold to the private owner that passed it to Hubert. Hubert does have sufficient connection for standing with the private seller . The problem now is if Hubert proves odometer issues he will have to reviel his findings to the next buyer . even if he never sees a cent. But, I dig holes for a living. What I know about the law I learned digging myself out of my product.
