1990 wb for sale.26,000miles
i never looked at it for her. the coach i have now i spend $40,000 fixing it the
way i liked it,including new tires, brakes,ac units etc..no labor....mike h. has stated many times that he ahs spent close to 40 grand to fix up his 35fc..any coach that has that few miles will need things fixed that have never been looked at or worked on.heres a short list .8 new tires,2 alternators and belts,at least one roof air, some paint work on the upper areas, this is what i've noticed without even looking.some of us can do this work ourselfs, she stated that she could not, that they would have to pay a dealer for anything that got done..i told her she should have 30 grand in the bank for updates and repairs for this coach.i still believe this.i can see 10 grand easy, with no labor. but, heres the real deal. the guy that had it died, there is no history, which means everything could be bad, engine, tranny, rearend etc.nobody knows..i took a big gamble giving the guy the big check,if it turns out this coach needs a motor i will be upside down..tom,when you have been around this stuff, trucks, equipment,Birds, cars, etc, and have made your living doing it for as long as i have, you would not have asked such a silly question...trust me.$30,000 don't buy much....randydupree93wb,90 wb,and 5 acres of equipment ,all for sale ----- Original Message ----- From: Tom Warner To: WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com Sent: Wednesday, May 25, 2005 1:01 PM Subject: Re: [WanderlodgeForum] Re: 1990 wb for sale.26,000miles Randy I have no dog in this fight and dont know who is right or wrong but since it is on this forum (that cant be changed) but how did you estimate that it would cost $30K to get the coach ready if you had not even seen it? Randy I have been around long enough to know that you cant win. And with me
this is not a matter of me not trusting your integrity in this matter. You are a knowledgeable dealer who posts often on this forum including offering coaches for sale....an expert. I dont think thats bad in fact it is a service to the members of the forum. On the other hand she appears to be screaming that you stole it from her. Old saying never get involved in a pissing contest with a skunk for both of you will come out smelling bad. Good luck and I honestly hope this ends this.
