Adventures in Wanderland
I was cleaning my bus for a weekend trip today and wanted to fix the
stuck bedroom window. I am sure it is just a dirty slide so I was able to clean and silicone the glide with ease and success. making my way around projects I filled the freshwater tank. Looking up I realized I never cleaned the driverside bedroom window track. Back in the bus, bucket and rag inhand I was shocked to see there exist no driver side bedroom window. Is it a rabbithole? this could explain the cast you find at a bluebird rally. I open the phoney awning and windex the phoney window every trip and never noticed it was not realy there. But then again I combed my hair for 10 years untill I was told I was bald. Greg94pt one bedroom window |

You must have one of those side-island beds. BB has ingeniously
provided a window that they then cover up with the head board inside. I've been tempted to cut a hole through for more ventilation, but BB cleverly put mirrors on the wall. So, in my case, to get to the window, I'd have to go Through the Looking-Glass. Pete Masterson '95 Blue Bird Wanderlodge WBDA 42 aeonix1@... Cookie cutter production. I never understood that. If your cover the
inside why go to the trouble of putting in a window? Fortunately for me no wall mirrors in the BR. It's more than likely I have a less expensive BR. You will see this on a lot of Prevost & MCI conversions. Kurt Horvath 95 PT42 10AC --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, Pete Masterson wrote: > > You must have one of those side-island beds. When I went to pick up my 'bird at Mr. Oliver's, they had just gotten
in a new 'bird for sale. It was set up as an excursion coach with the forward salon lounge and the back bedroom set up as another lounge (no bed except one sofa could be made up as a bed). They also had the complete bedroom "furniture" including side island bed that would cover the wall and window at the head of the bed, if you wanted to install it. I can actually understand covering the window at the head of the bed, as I once had my bed under a high window in an apartment. I nearly froze to death from the draft off the glass during the winter. (I've never put a bed under a window since.) I've got to admit, I'd sure love to have the cross ventilation from the window at times -- but I'd probably not enjoy the draft in cooler weather. As with most things, it's a trade off. Pete Masterson '95 Blue Bird Wanderlodge WBDA 42 aeonix1@... I have a window that opens at the head of my bed. I still comb my
hair. It sure hurts. Tommy Two Shoes McCarthy 95 PT42 Poway, CA --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, "Kurt Horvath" wrote: > > Cookie cutter production. I never understood that.
