Holding tanks frozen. Now what?
I live in it part of the time. If you're familiar with the term "man
cave", it's easy to understand. Smile

Hey Ryan,

I live in my PT40 part of each week too when I'm in Billings. Coldest
temps so far (Dec) this winter was 34 below. I have an air hook up to
clear my water system in about 2 minutes. I use my on board water tank
for water source & unhook the hose after each fill. Rock salt in
the holding tanks too. Last year, I pulled all of the copper pipe
& old heat tapes out & replaced with PEX. So far, no freeze
ups this winter. I have one of the constant hot water circulating
pumps that I may add to the water system if I get tired of draining the
water system each week.



It does work thanks to the PEX & the fact that I do drain the
system at about -15 or colder.
