This will save approx. $50-$70 per extinguisher. It does not leave me much, but the volume will make up for it. The 20 fire extinguishers must be shipped in a reasonable amount of time. What would you suggest?"

11-18-09 11:54 pm E-mail from seller this evening,

Kurt,

I received your phone message. The dates are late 2004 to 2005. They are filled
with a Halotron Non-Flammable Gas. I was told since is was a gas, they do not
have to get re certified. Please check for yourself.

I am sorry if these units are not as new as I thought. I spoke with the folks at
Amerex today 1 tech guy and 1 engineer. The said if there is no visible damage
and the gauge is in the charged area they are good to go. Here is thier web
site, We have 25 units that you guy have asked for. We have meet the 20 unit
number. If you want to opt out for whatever reason no problem I understand. I'm
not happy with this news, I am going to get 1 down from 3 and if I like what I
see I may get the other 2 Let me know what your going to do

I found these Fire Extinguishers on E-Bay.
Eric your not too late.

Below is my last e-mail to the seller I should have a response Monday

"So far I have 27 units spoken for.
I have informed the group that they are to pay you directly, and to supply you
with their respective shipping info.
If that is OK with you I will need an address for the group to send their
payment to you.
I also have told them that time is an issue and they need to do this as soon as
possible so that this group buy will succeed.
When your ready I'll post this info."
