Gosh, at that price I can't imagine Trudy and Lisa still having it when Quartzsite happens. Anybody that claims to be seriously looking for a PT40 has to be looking at this one at that price. I think the problem isn't the prices, its is the serious buyers. As you stated, what a price. But, it isn't the only one I've seen at that kind of good price, and many of those are still for sale. I think the casual buyers still aren't ready to commit, no matter what the price. That is the shame in this kind of economy if you need to sell, really is a buyers market.
