Topock66 - Topock, AZ
Last west bound exit on Arizona I-40 exists a neat place. It's named Topock66. For years it was a favorite hangout for fishermen and summer boaters on the Colorado River. It's was demolished and is under construction with new amenities, etc. Photos show what's completed as of 4.29.2014.

Thanks for the laugh Curt! Great pics and great place. Is that refrigerated hut with the 55 gallon drums beer taps? Very cool place; I'll look for it!

The hut is a meat smoker. I have not idea what the 55 gal. drums hold.
The keg beer dispensers fill the glass bottom up. The owner says upon completion they will be able to dispense beer/booze 10 times faster than the old place. Lint to Topock66: http://tinyurl.com/o39j8x3 Curt Sprenger 1987 PT38 "MacAttack Racing" Anaheim Hills, CA cosresources@gmail.com |

RE: Topock66 - Topock, AZ
Topock66 is a good place for a motorcycle ride. Last weekend was the Laughlin, NV motorcycle River Run. Hundreds of bikes headed down to Topock66.
Another great place is Pirate Cove, first exit into California off I-40. Basically across the river from Topock66. http://piratecoveresort.com/ It's within the Park Moabi area. Park Moabi has approx. 20 group RV peninsula sites right on the river.
