SKYLIGHT ADVICE

I was going to seal around my skylight today, turned into a much
bigger job than anticipated. I found that the rubber around the glass
needs to be replaced and that there were years of sealant built up. I
removed the skylight from the coach so that I can clean off the old
stuff and start fresh.
Any advice on this job and does anyone know if I can still get a new
rubber gasket for the glass?
