97 was the last year of the riveted birds, which is exactly why I
bought mine. We looked for a very long time to find the "right" 97 as
there were only aprox 40 97 wb43s built and only a handful of those
had the rear closet.

'99 looks exactly like the 2000-up, first year for the slide-out
(late '99) which had its early problems, and the steerable tag-axle
which also had some issues.
