An after the fact safe
We're planning to take a few 2 to 3 month or so trips in the not too distant
future and are considering installation of a safe bolted to the fram or ?? for that added bit of security. When I spoke to my usual MH "specialist" he ahd no idea where to get one. Any suggestion?? Thanks Ed Nowokunski 95BMC37 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

An after the fact safe
Tom,
Thanks, Those are sturdy. Gotta check where they'd fit and how they'd mount. Looks like they're designed to be concrete imbedded. Ed Nowokunski 95BMC37 [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |

An after the fact safe
Hey Ed, Hope all is well with you. I would call some of the
locksmiths there as well as a safe co. and ask about a safe. The safe in our 86FC is a cylander kinda like a wall safe. I really don't like it because it is not big enough to hold much..Maybe try NATIONAL SAFE http://WWW.NATIONALSAFE.NET I think they sell used safes. Hope to see you at the Myrtle Beach Rally Scott B 86FC SC --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, enow626@... wrote: > > We're planning to take a few 2 to 3 month or so trips in the not too distant > future and are considering installation of a safe bolted to the fram or ?? > for that added bit of security. An after the fact safe
The original safe in your bird would have been a floor safe.
My local locksmith often has used ones, at least the head/door, the rest of the safe is relatively cheap. - Jeff Miller in Holland, MI --- In WanderlodgeForum@yahoogroups.com, enow626@... wrote: > > We're planning to take a few 2 to 3 month or so trips in the not too distant > future and are considering installation of a safe bolted to the fram or ?? > for that added bit of security.
