The couple who were supposed to be flying in this week to purchase my
PT have recently backed out, due to a family problem.

This definately is NOT like the one Tom just went to see. If it was I
wouldn't be posting here, because my wife would have killed me when I
bought it:-)

As I said before, I have a stack of reciepts over one inch thick, of
upgrades and maintanence that I, and the previous owner have done in
the last couple years. Over $20,000 I would estimate.
