David,
Are you pulling a toad? If so, is it tracking well and aligned? It seems to me my toad helps stabilize my coach in the gusty conditions. Having 5,000 pounds on the rear, tracking straight along in relatively clean air seems to keep the wagging to a minimum. It even seems to dampen the occasional momentary lapses by the distracted driver...
