Back up Camera AGAIN!

I have been looking at some used Blue Birds. 3 of them had problems
with the BU system. One 1987 FC was very fuzzy and one 87 FC had a
faulty camera. Neither had the monitor in a good place: L.H.on the side
by the ceiling. I was thinking of buying a whole new system. I see them
at rvcams.com for reasonable prices. My question is: Where do the wires
from the camera run to the front? In the ceiling? Would it be hard to
fish new wires to the front? Does the headliner drop easily? Anyone
used the existing wires with a new system? I was thinking of mounting
the monitor on the dash within easy view. THanks
