Hi Eric:

Yes your cylinder would work nicely. Under the Coach battery tray on the
back side of it, there are 3 sheet metal screws then 5 bolts with nuts that
forms the cruise control enclosure. You would need to locate the in coming
air source and place a plug in the original fitting. This also stops any
future air leaks in that area. I believe there is one electrical plug and
two bolts that holds the main body of the cylinder to the back plate. The
front of the hooded cable system will un screw from the cylinder and stay
there, and it is out. The plug that you need would be either a 1/4 inch or
3/8 can't remember for sure. I got mine at ACE hardware.

How much do you want for it, money wise? Of course I will pay shipping costs.

I do thank you for the offer of it if it is not too much trouble. A fellow
Birder with an '85 pt needs it. And, no, though I am in the business, I am
not charging for the cylinder, just doing a favor.

The black control box and dual valves on top of it are precious as well.
