Aftermarket Oil Filters
We have always used Hastings/Baldwin(same filter different box) on all
our cars, trucks, forklifts and tractors. However lately I have been rethinking this practice after reading on the Cummins site about them not meeting the Cummins standard. I WAS planning on using them on our BB. What filters do you use on your BB and why? Are the OEM Cat filters priced competitively? I did find a source on the net for Wix at an awesome price( Filter1). These are the same as NAPA Gold. I have no experience with Wix but did sell them when I was a parts mgr. many years ago. I remember that the line was very comprehensive and they had good catalogues.
