Need Help With 12 Volt Water System...
James,
There is a pressure relief valve on the hot water heater overflow. Maybe it popped open and didn't seat itself. I think you should be able to tap the stem of the overflow valve and see if that makes a difference. The valve is mounted directly to the heater and the overflow pipe is attached to it.
